Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing agenticblueprint.ai or engaging Agentic Blueprint, LLC ("we," "us") for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Agentic Blueprint designs and deploys custom AI agent systems for businesses. Engagements are scoped individually and governed by separate statements of work. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

3. Engagements

Each client engagement is governed by a separate agreement or statement of work that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. These Terms provide the general framework; the engagement agreement controls where there is a conflict.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, maintaining the security of account credentials you share with us, and ensuring your use of our services complies with applicable laws and third-party platform terms of service.

5. Intellectual Property

Agentic Blueprint retains ownership of its proprietary systems, frameworks, and methodologies. Client-specific configurations, content, and data remain the property of the client. Specific IP terms may be defined in individual engagement agreements.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client business information, credentials, and strategic data as confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties except as required to provide services or as required by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit harmful content, harass others, or circumvent third-party platform terms of service.

8. Fees and Payment

Fees are defined in individual engagement agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC BUSINESS OUTCOMES, FOLLOWER COUNTS, REVENUE INCREASES, OR AI SEARCH RANKINGS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTIC BLUEPRINT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as specified in the engagement agreement. Upon termination, we will provide reasonable transition support and return or delete client data within 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
